Two types of wide-pore core-shell columns with different pore sizes and separation properties

We deliver separation patterns in two different pore sizes for high performance separation in protein and peptide analysis.

※CAPCELL CORE WP is discontinued item.

The introduction of UHPLC presents something new, If you want to analyze high separation even with HPLC at hand.
If you want to extract the maximum performance out of my UHPLC in separation too.

CAPCELL CORE MP / WP deliver the most suitable choice for high performance separation and time-saving in protein and peptide analysis in HPLC as well as UHPLC.

CAPCELL CORE is a polymer-coated type core-shell column. It comprises a core-shell type packing material with a 2.7-µm superficially porous particle presenting a layer of porous silica of 0.5 µm around a 1.7- µm solid core. It can reach high separation naturally, not only in UHPLC but also in HPLC.

Features

Different pore sizes, different separation patterns

Both wide-pore core-shell columns, CAPCELL CORE MP features a pore diameter of 16 nm and CAPCELL CORE WP features a pore diameter of 30 nm. In order to exploit their distinctive separation properties for the retention and separation of proteins and peptides, we optimized the octadecyl group introduction rate for each pore size to deliver different separation patterns. Select the most suitable for your objective.

Selectable separation patterns

In CAPCELL CORE MP/WP columns, the Octadecyl group introduction rate has been optimized to exploit the distinctive separation properties of each pore size for proteins and peptides to realize selectable patterns.

Analysis of 6 standard peptides

High-performance separation as well as time-saving derived from core shell.

Taking advantage of the core-shell structure, CAPCELL CORE MP/WP realize these separation examples with a column length of 100 mm. Apply them for time-saving analysis.
