OVERVIEW

DAISOGEL™
Bulk Silica Gel for Liquid Chromatography

We manufacture our silica gel base materials in-house, ensuring low metal content and consistent quality. We offer a comprehensive range of particle sizes suitable for applications from analytical to preparative scale. With a wide selection of pore sizes and particle sizes available, users can freely select the optimal grade to suit their target compounds and application requirements.

DAISOGEL Chemical Modification (Bonding) Types
The following list covers our major bonding chemistries. Custom modifications and grades are routinely developed. Contact us regarding your specific requirements.

Pore size

Selecting the matching pore size to your analyte is crucial for designing and running a successful purification process. The DAISOGEL line-up covers all needs.

“50 Å”

Our new Super High Surface Area Silica product.
Featuring a revolutionary 600 m²/g surface area, this silica delivers unprecedented loadability and separation, making it ideal for SFC phase development. (Do not let the small pore size fool you. While typically used for small molecules, it handles bulkier compounds surprisingly well too.)

“100 Å”

Featuring a 450 m²/g surface area and an outstanding pore size distribution, this high-end DAISOGEL silica is engineered for exceptional results. Expect consistently high loading capacities and superior separation.

“120 Å”

The workhorse for applications ranging from synthetic peptide purification to Omega-3 fatty acid purification.

“200 Å”

An excellent choice for purifying insulin, insulin analogs, and synthetic peptides with heavy protecting groups.

“300 Å”

A proven solution for separating very large peptides and small proteins.

“700, 1000 and 2000 Å”

These experimental products were developed specifically to answer customer needs for complex biomolecule purification.
